I must say, I really prefer the rig rundowns of slightly smaller artists as opposed to huge stadium bands where the tech explains the rig. These are much more enjoyable when the person is passionate and cares about their gear. Keep it up guys!

Yo love your tiktok man. Completely agree with this, definitely sucks when you watch a rig rundown like ZZ Top or Green Day, whose techs were a total bore and are kind of out of it.

Agreed. Tele -> AC15 is what it sounds like. I prefer that tone to his current one.

Not a bass guy, but those hand/custom made bass guitars are really cool, esp the black one. Plus it's just cool to hear people do stuff with their folks. Love these rig rundowns!!!!

Man I feel bad for Duane- when he said "you had to be a guitar player" - you could see Duane die a little inside. Must be hard to live under such a shadow and expectation.

My Telecaster does that cytar sound on the E string. Drives me crazy when playing dry but once distorted it rips on that string for some reason. Dude has some nice guitars. The white Falcon is a truck, man it's huge.

They're a great band. Check out their Paste session from Stage on Sixth. Taylor is a really great guitarist. Super competent at both rhythm and lead, and he's SUCH a tasteful player.

Even Duane Betts' speaking voice sounds like his dad!! His accent is not southern like Dickey's but his voice is a dead ringer for Dickey's. Haven't heard him sing, but his looks and voice sound so much like Dickey.

As much as it physically hurt me to hear the words "just a custom shop" I get that when you've probably held some of the more expensive guitars on the planet that a new custom shop Gibson might as well be a Korean made piece of particleboard.

Looking at the fender decal on the headstock I see a transition logo, which means the guitar was made in 1964-1965...

+Capiroto do Bom Joselma Didn't see what you are referring to in the video but most guitarists use the rubber seals from Grolsch beer bottle lids as strap locks. I do on two of my guitars that don't have straplocks installed.

The neck on that Strat isn't a '62. Looks more like a '65 neck because of the Fender decal. Not sure about the body.

Taylor’s Strat should either be a ‘64 or ‘65, with that transition logo on the headstock, not a ‘62. Still very cool.

in the comment section on other rig rundowns the interviewer gets flak for... whatever folk have a problem with. in this case i would like to compliment the interviewer, letting the interviewee talk and some times reply with an interesting reaction or info. gg on the rr, pg ;-)
