Dam, this crew is solid. Each individual knowing their craft and how the park came seamlessly, have no idea how much a project like this would cost the average home owner in todays market, but what ever it was, I am pretty confident that it was work the money. The amount of work involves is staggering. Absolutely impressive video, so impress that we are looking to do something of that nature, just on a much smaller scale. Earned my subscription for sure! Wow that's what you call a stunning project to have and enjoy, nodoubt for many many years to come. The amount of money spent on a project like this is definitely outweighed by the amount of memories and overall enjoyment that the owners will get from it over the years to come 😊. I really am glad that I actually watched this video whilst my wife was asleep next to me as simply because she has two styles of houses that she loves, obviously this is one of those houses and the other is the old style Plantation houses that have the wrap around porch that goes the whole way around the house, the problem is that here In the UK we just don't have these types of houses and our old style farm house like this one in the video is typically built with old red brickwork and timber frames between the brick walls. I suppose what she doesn't know won't kill her 😂😅. Congrats upon a fantastic job well done, it's just stunning and will give years of pleasure to the owners 😊. As always guy's 💯% 👍 🇬🇧. P.s. I couldn't help but laugh at the sign on the header board and that is because I know it's advertising but honestly who was going to be seeing it? The area opposite the signage is just fields and from what we can see in the video for anyone to see it they're going to be needing a pair of binoculars!!!😂😅😮

Looks phenomenal and a quality build - but I question the practicality and value. How do you keep birds, bats (and their crap) and insects out?? Squirrels and rodents? Not much to enjoy in the dead of winter. How do you keep driving snow and rain out? What do you do during humid summer months?

We always use joist hangers it might just be hard to catch in these Timelapse videos. We always toe-nail the joists in first and then go back in with the hangers!
