I started having sciatica 5th month pregnancy, went to expensive physiotherapy, massages, walks, nothing helped, it was getting worse till the point I bearly could walk. I started doing this exercise in 7th month pregnancy, and in a mether of week, I already could return to my normal life, carring my 2 year old , sitting and working, do stuff around d house. Thank you so much! It saved me , really.

I woke up in agony, could barely walk. Got myself to the yoga mat, followed your routine and now I’m pain free 😊 thank you so much!! I’m currently 16 weeks with my third so sciatica has come on earlier this time. So glad I don’t have to spend the whole pregnancy in pain.

I’m finding a lot of the prenatal yoga positions and stretches on KZbin quite unsuitable for me now at 35 weeks pregnant, but this one is just the perfect level, doesn’t keep me in any uncomfortable positions and really does ease my sciatica pain! So thank you for this ❤️

Not gonna lie, I did this with my wife while she was pregnant. We had our baby about 3 weeks ago. But I woke up about 2 a.m. this morning with my sciatic hurting and asked her to pull this video up because I know it helps lol. Thanks 🙏

This was amazing. I’m 22 weeks 🤰🏾 and was recently in a car accident so I’ll be more stiff and uncomfortable with my lower back hurting a lot more and after this I feel relaxed and so much looser!

I've been doing this video for almost 3 yrs straight! It's my favorite video & did it daily with baby #3 and 2 yrs post-partum. I had really bad sciatica with baby #2 and none with #3. I'm addicted to this video!

31 weeks and have been suffering from horrible sciatica pain for a week now since going over the top for my son’s 2nd birthday being on my feet cooking, cleaning and decorating for two days straight. It’s at the point where I can barely walk, can’t carry him anymore, and just feel terrible. Tried this tonight and felt about 30% better after! Going to do it everyday til I give birth if it continues to help that much. ❤❤❤

currently, 30 weeks pregnant and recently discovered I have sciatica :) I did not know what it was until I googled it. haha! these exercises help. i feel so much confident going into labor if I exercise everyday with yoga and strength/cardio workouts+walks

Love these stretches! It relieves my pain up until the child's pose stretch tho. That one seems to trigger a lot of pain and I can't seem to do it right. And stretches afterwards either. Not sure what Im doing wrong?

I do this in between a couple of your other videos. Love them. I feel kicks and punches when I do them so I feel my baby loves them too. Thank you for the video. Love that it's just about 30 minutes long . I do lay on the floor a bit longer than you just really to relax, it is also morning time when I do these so I am a bit tired when I do it haha maybe that's why... thank you again hope you have a wonderful day

Thank you! I hope you do too. A little side note I thought with the exercise ball yoga stretching video we were going to be on the ball a little more. Such as sitting and stretching legs out on it or just doing a little more on it... just a suggestion no need to actually do it but maybe for the next one a little more on it ? 😓😊

Hey, could you please make a video for herniated disc exercises please...I used to follow you through out my pregnancy but now i have got slip disc and unable to continue as there are very particular exercises that I am allowed to do

Hi! This video really helped me my back pain when I was pregnant, I would do it every day until the big day! Now I have the similar back pains due to carrying my baby with a baby carrier, I just wanted to ask if this video would work for me know or it's not recommended postpartum?

I tried this because of pain in left lower back - weirdly when I did the hip circles on the right I was suddenly in agony and couldn't continue! First time trying this video so I'll keep trying as gently as possible but boy...that hurt! Sciatic pain is no joke.
