This helped so much! I’m 18 weeks pregnant with baby #2. My upper back has been in severe pain. I could not sleep and woke up crying from lack of relief. After doing these stretches, I feel 70% better. So thankful!!!

This came at the perfect time! The night before I hadn't slept well because of pain in my shoulders and upper back, and when I woke up this video appeared, all the pain disappeared afterwards :)

I’m 25 weeks with my 3rd pregnancy and enjoyed doing prenatal yoga in a studio to relive back and neck pain with the other two pregnancies, however COVID has made that difficult now and honestly I enjoy having these videos available to do whenever I can squeeze one in at home! this one def helps my upper back pain. i usually get relief for about 30 mins after which is a life savor. I've been doing it daily so i can get through a bit of work in the morning :)

I am on my 38th week by tomorrow hence can really feel our bundle of joy to be very heavy. This helped me so much and will do it every time together with your video for easy delivery. @@ShannahDelva Sorry, I just saw this! It's probably too late now but the actual process of getting an epidural was fine for me (I was also it a lottt of pain by the time I got the epidural so maybe labor just made the epidural needle feel like nothin haha). I have a pretty big curve, both S and C, so I did make sure every person involved with the epidural knew I had scoliosis. I don't think it was scoliosis related, but the epidural did wear off really quick for me. Not fun.
