Thanks so much Joe, after failing my test 5 times, I finally passed this morning after watching your videos. I took the class online and basically taught myself and couldn't pass the test for anything. After the 5th try I was told to look on youtube to help me and I found you. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

nikkimarie, congratulations. Thursday I will go to my first attempt . I am keeping my fingers crossed. I try 12 times on my school in AZ to finally score 76% . They do not release you unless you score 75% or above, so your probability to pass at the State test is higher . Brutal . I am here , and I can tell that Joe has helped me too ... tks

I'm taking my exam for washington state in the next couple of days and I"m afraid of not passing. I know I can sell like crazy I leased an entire building up in 3 months as newbie leasing agent (property management)... but I'm afraid of the math, contract, and laws portion of the exam...should I reschedule my exam since I'm not ready?

In Idaho we have to take Mandatory 2 weeks of 90 hours class time, and also "have to" pass the Friday tests each week, with at at least 70% passing score. So, as much as I didn't like it, it helped to prepare for the licensing Exam. Your videos are helpful in reiterating what I learned in my class time.

FOR THE FIRST QUESTION JOE, YOU CAN ALSO SOLVE THE GRM PROBLEM BY DOING PROPORTION METHOD. 179,000 OVER 1,250 = X OVER 1,500. CROSS MULTIPLY 179,000 X 1500 = 268,500,000 THEN DIVIDE 268,500,000 BY 1,250 = 214,800
@JuanMorales-lr6uc7 жыл бұрын
Roger C. How about 179,000 x 1,250 = 143.2, then 143.2 x 1500 = 214,800?

Do the general warranty deed comes with the paper work from the realtor? Or the under writer? Who creates a mortage, or loans if someone already has homes to sell or purchase within their company or group

Hi Joe. Why would we not divide the $179,000 by the Rent: $1500, then $1500 X the $119.33? Which would give us a Value of THAT property $178,995. Thanks. Kathy Rains

So the reason for the existence of all these different types of deeds is because the more "thorough" the deed the more it costs to do the research, and in order to spend the least amount of money the research is not done a la QuitClaim Deed? Otherwise why not only get/use a General Warranty deed for every occasion.

I try to watch all your videos as they seem to dominate the content stream but they are slow; you work in tandem with someone who is a “pupil” and set up this dialogue where they guess, meander, create faux confusion... I’d get through one video if you would just ask a question, give an answer, and provide a brief explanation. We don’t need 7 minutes of “Hmm, well, I was wondering about”
