Evil Twins definitely got everything they needed: Good consistency, extenders, and recovery, but their main biggest problem was a actual boss monster that provides big damage output and did other stuff, and now they have it.

Uh, I’m pretty sure the only omni-negate boss monsters now that Elpy is banned are the Ritual Heralds, Savage, and Mechaba. Now, if you’re for hitting Invoked, that’s fine. But as far as I can tell neither the Ritual Heralds nor Savage are problematic at the moment. Edit: I forgot Dragoon. Funnily, Dogmatika Invoked Shaddoll is the deck that makes the second-most omni-negates, behind only Drytron.

​@@cephalosjr.1835 I'm not particularly referring to problematic cards, I'm talking about it making for boring card design in general. It's honestly a petty complaint, because negates are the best type of disruption, but sometimes I wish for stuff that's more interesting. Destroy Phoenix Enforcer for example, it makes sense that it can revive itself because it's a phoenix, and the playstyle of Destiny Hero is most about doing stuff that influences the future, but then there's Savage Dragon and Dragoon, what does negating a card once per turn have to do with Rokkets at all or Red-Eyes and Dark Magician's playstyle? It's true that I might be suffering from tunnel vision, but that's just how I feel.

@@idkjustputagoodname6120 Normal summon any monster, link it with Kisikil into Unicorn, shuffle a card and draw 1, Lilla bring back Kisikil and draw another, link Unicorn and Lilla into Abomination, Kisikil bring back Lilla, destroy 2 cards with Lilla and Abomination, link both Twins into Sunny. Abomination and Sunny attack for 6300 then Sunny can use her quick effect to bring back both Twins. Then they attack for another 2200.

When u make unicorn u should start co linking it to your evil twin monsters so u can get a draw also I tend to put my evil twins in the center of the board because I run Knight mare Griffon in my deck

seems like a deck that could be easily combined with Amazement. It's a very consistent normal summon enginge that draws you cards. Adding Arlekino, Tickets and some traps seems like a good secondary game plan that synergizes well with what the deck wants to do - create advantage and control the board via its link monsters. Traps like Torrential Tribute are just the cherry on top. Your Link 4 dodges it by tagging out and it triggers Arlekino. Imagine Altergeist with an actually proactive game plan and easy to summon beat sticks.

But unless you have Ip or a way to get them off board after the link 4 summons them you don’t get to use their reborn effect. Needs a way to get them off board on opponents turn. Maybe lair junk or Super poly?

One of the best cards that I play for this situation is forbidden droplet since for whatever reason it also can send cards on the field along side the hand and a really good card for going second (something the deck struggles) But you know it is droplet (requires an arm and a leg to get)

The typical play would be use link 4 graveyard eff in m1 (send one ) normal any monster link kisikill n the monster into co link unicorn draw 1 shuffle 1 bring back kisikall draw 1 link lilla unicorn into abomination use kisikall to bring lilla back pop 1 abom can pop another and link the 2 into link 4. U have link 4 abom outed 4 cards drew 2 and u can go swing with both tag out for over 8k dmg as well. Long story short any normal summon turns the 2 links into an otk pretty much

You have 15 in theme ways to start the combo, you're probably also playing frost and trick so you'll have extra extenders. Frost probably draws you a card, you'll draw off pink like every turn. You have a reasonable excuse to play the evil twin maindeck monster now Like usually its the link 1 that breaks a deck open but this time its the 4

So the archtype got the Prankids Meow Meow/Double Spiral treatment to make them go from 'Meh with Potential' to 'Oh boy, here I go winning again', huh? Well, guess I'm going to be paying a lot more attention to these girls in the future if they end up being meta. With Flundereeze's being a thing and Xian's also being a promising archtype, and the existing meta decks being so mega STRONK, though, I'm not too sure how effective they'll be in practice.

Well not exactly, gift its played at 1/2 copies, the other traps aren't that useful most of the times so most builds don't use it, the boss from main deck is played at 1 copy, or 0, field spell is truly forgotten of how bad is, and home xenolocks you so you don't run it unless its a pure version
