I am going to join medical college this year. I have researched about usmle quite a lot and im truly overwhelmed by the amount of things i have to achieve and skills that i have to develop. I am thinking about joining classes to learn musical instruments as a hobby. Im working on my english. I have started with the 1st year subjects to get a brief idea. I just want to ensure that im always on the right track in my journey and i hope i do not get distracted like i did during my neet ug preparations. ❤

Do usmle journey is only for kinda rich/upper middle class family child who has connections in foreign? Actually i feel so, & it depressed me. Bcoz it's expensive, my parents will allow by taking loan but from my side I cant give them guarantee of getting match. I believe in myself but not this journey. Currently I'm pursuing 3rd yr, pls guide me, should i earn myself by doing PG in india( but it'll get too late)? Well yes there is high uncertainty for the match but the one thing u can do is trust yourself and trust your instincts . If u really want to go to us to do your medicine then I feel its worth it . If we don't try we won't get it so at last it's your choice and your intrest . Whatever u choose all the best for your future ❤

Nope, even your step 1 marks wont have ANY impact at all, just the step 2 and LORs (including research publications and your med school activities)
