Thanks for the natural remedies and tips, I do love boiling up ginger to drink with maple syrup or honey. Be good to get some turmeric. I'll have to look for some. Blessings :)

I have the honey garlic. Going to make some fire cider soon! Oregano tincture is also great to have. I made my own a couple months ago and it has already come in handy. I feel something coming on, I drink it in my tea twice a day and it knocks it out. This is my first year really getting into herbs and the benefits. Oregano tincture was the first one I made and it really really works!!

Awesome! Sounds great! MrP has been using oregano EO (“anti-biotic”) homemade capsules with success for years. Never made a tincture. Good for you!🤩😍

@HeritageWaysKatie I've never heard of oregano capsules. I'm just starting to learn about herbs by watching videos like yours. I'd like to see a video on making the capsules.

You are so welcome! As my video views are so low this spring and summer, I am not sure how much longer I’ll be producing content. KZbin “did something” in February and my views have tanked every since then. However, I *do* always appreciate and anticipate your visits here♥️♥️

How long do we let it ferment?
@HeritageWaysKatie Жыл бұрын
It is ready to use in a couple of weeks. It lasts, literally, for years. I have some that I started three years ago.
