Preparing a Washer and Dryer for a Move

Unhooking a Washer and Dryer is a key part when preparing for a move. Here is a quick and easy way to get it done!
Unplug your washer’s power cord.
Ease your washer away from the wall.
Remove the drainage hose.
Turn off the hot and cold water taps and unscrew both hoses. Have a towel ready in case water spills out of the hoses.
Store all the hoses inside the wash tub.
Toss out your old detergent. You deserve fresh new suds at your new place!
Dryers are super easy:
Disconnect the dryer hose from both the dryer and the wall.
Tape the cord to the dryer.

Mine is one of those stackable washers and dryers it is very heavy it weighs almost 300 pounds I had to help the delivery guys bring it in the house lol.

Once I get over the question of.... do your clothes get dirtier once you put them in that nasty washer and the fact of how unsafe that tape is on the dryer duct...... You forgot about the washer hose and electrical cord, I'm guessing because you don't know. Wrap the electric cord around the discharge hose several times and then on the back of the washer there are holes in a diamond shape. Use those holes to put the plug of the washer in to.
