Ofcourse it’s so you yummy pasta 🍝 🍄 ! That’s really nice and health food for sure! Mushroom won’t give water if you don’t mix it with spatula .That’s what I follow as well,all the time Mixing causes water gets out of mushroom. What I usually do, I leave mushroom in v hot pan for 5 mins without mixing , then after 5 mins very quickly I mix only 3 tones mix not more . then again I wait another 5 mins , no water created if we don’t continuously That’s the secret to avoid watery mushroom . Then I repeat after 5 mins anther fast mix and it’s done with no drop of water + it fries nicely when no water in pan. Enjoy your devious meal

A kitchen trick,pls buy some kitchen gloves you can hv it in blue,black,red,yellow colors etc! Anytime you're in the kitchen have them on,it helps ease cross contamination,food is very sensitive esp when it comes to handling meat and meat products etc😊😊
