you mention a problem with the kerrick property as being part bog area, and i think bald cypress, one of my favorite trees to grow. one big one right now, and cuttings from it doing beautifully.

I highly recommend the solid wheelbarrow wheels from Harbor Freight. Fairly cheap, reliable, and never go flat.
