Preparing for Neurosurgery Clinic Visit

I am in chronic pain and have been for quite a while my last back surgery didn't really help that much and I'm just wondering with what happened to me and August has done something to damage a disc and I have not been out of the house except to go to doctor appointments because I can't walk I get very dizzy and I fall often or at least more than I should I try to be very careful. It's hard for me to take a bath and to have a normal life because of the pain that I am in so I just really want to be informed when I come to see Dr Howard and hopefully we can come up with a plan. I do have a report of the MRI and I will ask for a disc to bring with me unless you're nursing staff is already requested it because they did ask me where I had my MRI which is the RCI building in cedar rapids thank you Pamela Perkins
