This arrived on my page probably because I have watched a lot of Melot heat 3 videos ranking Air at number one. So fingers crossed Stockholm is next for M&M. Being Norwegian, I have been aware of them from their MGP Junior days - but saw them as kids music back then. It wasn't until Masked Singer in Sweden I discovered they actually were brilliant singers. After that discovery I started checking out some of their most recent songs. One day there was When all the lights go out. I just loved that song since the first time I ever heard it. And because I was battleing cancer back then, and was on chemo, the line "When all the lights go out - who' s gonna be there" had a different meaning to me than most. Luckily my odds for survival has improved massively after I cleared my 6 months check up - but will have to pass check ups until 2027 before I am declared cancer free. Now I enjoy my treatment free time, which hopefully will last, and look forward to tomorrow's third qualifying heat - and especially entry number 7. So far I have only heard one minute of Air. But what a minute! The song, the vocals, the production - for a second I thought I heard Michael Jackson. So far easily the best track in this year's Melot, with only one heat left. Fingers crossed it will go all the way to Liverpool. Being Norwegian, I can even vote for it, should it get there.:-)
