That top from decathlon isn't bad for the price esp for working out! I hope I find it here in my outlet. And sick bro how you changed your workout routine from doing mad 1 rep maxes to doing a full body workout. I thought you weren't going to stop from increasing your weights, but then it's a smart thing as you said that there's no use going that far with weights until and unless you're totally into powerlifting. I am appreciating you for this since idk how you can manage from lifting such heavy weights to doing something diff. Could have been a struggle in your mind I guess? But hey, longevity and staying away from injury is more imp than going ape shit on weights. Btw what injury did you get?
