You should definitely look into adding grated zucchini to your overnight oats. They go great with regular instant oatmeal and overnight oats. You get double the bulk for so little calories and you can't even taste them. I always add slices of frozen zucchini to my strawberry protein smoothies and I use them in my brownies too. I also make mini apple pies and use half apple and half zucchini and when I eat it I cant tell whether I eating zucchini or apple. The Zucchini takes on the flavor of whatever you add to it so that's why there are so many recipes that have them in baking. I've also seen people use cauliflower too for bulking oats but I haven't tried that yet.

That particular organic powder made a world of difference. You really can't just use any vanilla powder. I've tried multiple vanilla powders and they all came out awful. Have you ever tried oatmeal pudding? My recipe is bring 800ml of water to boil > put 45g of oats into the water > cook for 10 minutes > mix 23g of cook and serve pudding mix with 200ml of water and some sweetener > pour the water with pudding into the pot and stir until its thicc (around 3-4 minutes (it should be boiling)) > pour into container and let it sit in the fridge overnight. The recipe caps at 254 kcal ( depends on the brand of pudding mix you use). You can mix protein powder into the oats for extra protein or sliced apple/straberries for more volume, also there is like million different flavours of pudding so you can use something different every time.

I bet ~1/4 box of fat free sugar free pudding mix would be awesome in these, especially the chocolate. 100 calories a box, and its supposed to make 4 cups of pudding. So 1/4 of a box is like adding a cup of pudding worth of flavor. I add 1/4 of a box when I make protein smoothies, often with frozen mixed berries. The chocolate and raspberries go awesome together, especially if you use chocolate protein powder.

i do the exact same thing to my oats - try it, i dont think u will be disappointed(to make it have more volume). 1. use quick oats, put them in a bowl and combine with hot water and let it set for about 15 minutes(preferably in the freezer/fridge)... the oats will suck up all the water. u will have to try how much water u like them with... with the oats i use i can do about 360 ml of water for 50g of oats. if i put more water it will obviously not be as thick and get watery. 2. put in the protein powder and put it in the microwave for ~3 minutes. the oats will get doughie consistency(not as doughie as yours but good enough) 3. i love to put some cinnamon on top, but thats optional. then make the peanutbuttercream and drizzle it on top - put in fridge for overnight oats or u can just let it cool a little and eat immediatly there u go :)

I was using the no-sugar added Jiffy peanut butter in these, but the powdered stuff is definitely better for keeping yourself at a deficit. Powdered PB is about 20-25 calories per tbsp compared to over 100 per tbsp for the Jiffy. I also add a bit of vanilla Oikos triple zero just to up the protein and add a bit more creaminess to it. All in all, probably around 300 calories compared to the previous one which clocked in at nearly 500. Also more protein because I bumped the casein powder from half a scoop to about 3/4 scoop.

Totally have struggled with shopping addiction this year, last year and the one before. My sister passed away and then i went thru back to back pregnancies, so I was constantly seeking that dopamine rush, on top of my body constantly changing and not feeling like myself, going thru all these emotional changes, physical changes, etc. i just went crazy buying clothes. Im working on recognizing it, stopping impulsive purchases. It is SO hard.

@@RahulKamat I make coffee and oak milk oats half of the time. Very good with nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla protein powder (mix in with oats and hot coffee makes it easier), and a little bit of dark chocolate. Sometimes I add blackberries as well.

Never understood people waking up hungry and needing to eat in the night. Seems very odd to me. And yes Hersheys is utterly disgusting. When I returned from the US with some I literally couldn’t give it away.

2:10 that peanut dust is already a 17-18% mix of salt and sugar. Adding more seems excessive. 6:30 having tried hersheys I can confirm it doesn’t taste like vomit, usually. It just tastes like a slab of grainy slightly plastic sugar (or more likely corn-syrup, American foods seem to use the stuff as a universal additive/thickener/sweetener) with some cocoa suspended/blended within.

As a British immigrant to the US, I can confirm Hershey's DOES taste like vomit. I looked it up, and it contains a chemical (or something) that gives the vomit flavor. I think it's subtle (I've been here a while), but it's definitely there!

This is basically my morning cereal recipe, except i use milk powder instead of peanut butter flour, and I add granola. Instead of waiting for it to set in the fridge, I microwave it, and then I top it with the chocolate chips and some walnuts. When I bet bored I just add a packet of splenda and a pich of msg and it somehow becomes a completely different meal.
