I got injured on David Laids program too, never gonna go up to RPE 8 or over again because it's too risky as you mentioned. Good video tho!

Bro I am 7 months in...currently following upper lower body split 4 days a week and I wanted to ask tht is 6 day PPL as effective as traning full body 3 times a week?...do lemme know

6 day ppl is more towards the intermediate level. If you have been consistent with 3 day full body then go for ppl it's definitely worth it.

@@aryankamath4409 yeah man its a little advancd split,and 3 day full body wont work for me as I need energy to do calisthenics as well for 2 days a week.So what I am doing is tht I am following 4 day upper and lower body split In which I train 2 days for strength and 2 days for hypertrophy,and after that I do 2 days of calisthenics (only skills) which are low vol,so not much fatigue,and 1 day complete rest.

RPE (rate of perceived exertion) basically means how tough a particular set is on a scale of 1-10 :)

How are you going to manage the fatigue and soreness? Won't your muscles be sore enough to be trained again the very next day? I mean i have done full body training myself but with 3 days a week type of split. It works great for me and if you're a student and are low on time then it is the best that you can probably do. But 6 times a week full body sounds overkill to my ears. Please elaborate brother.

Very honestly, I haven't had an issue with recovery since the volume per workout is VERY LOW. You'll be good to go as long as you're getting good sleep & eating in a surplus bro I found this to be the best possible alternative for me as I'm injured rn

you could rest on Sat & Sun or on any two days of the week of your choice. Recovery won't be an issue as long as you're sleeping and eating properly as the daily volume per workout is pretty low!

Kasuro Recovery isn't an issue at all because of how low the daily per muscle group volume is. Just 3 sets of 8-10 reps won't interfere with recovery

I was also going super saiyaan on deadlift when i started doing gym first time i was loving the rapid progress of my deadlift...after one year my one rep max was 180 kg....but this is what happens when you train hard every time you go to gym...now i have some problem in my left side of lower back nothing serious but whenever i do deadlift there is a little pain...i stopped doing it..because in this exercise reward to risk ratio is very high....now i do pendlay,barbell and dumbell rows for my back...hoping you will also recover from your injury
