Questions: 30y, M ,Unmarried, Works in IT India : What is the relationship the there two : My parents What is the purpose of the visit? How many days ? Who is there, relative? - Sister , what she do for work ?, which Visa? what do your brother in law do ? Visa type What do I do? When did you graduate? What did you do from 2018 to 2021 : worked in multiple companies : explained my previous work, what do you now do ? Profile, role Dad: Retired, Ex Indian Navy, Ex Defence Contractor: What do you do now? Retired Where you worked previously? : 18.5 years in Navy and 22 years in Defence PSU What was the job role as CPO in navy ? Do you still have contact with Navy OR on any contract ? on 8 mei , i got denied first because i using english conversation that i lack a lot but im over confident about my background in a business and in the intvw i answer short and didnt give a lot information about who am i to the the officer so i got denied and i think because the officer didnt gets a lot information about me. because i think im already give my information on ds-160 and i just need to give them my certificate to proof it. but i got denied that day . anyway i having gold jewelry shop that my father own 3 store and give me 1 of 3 the store my father had, so i am in the charge right now , even the certificate store is under my name now , but the officer didnt see it or ask my certificate, and i got denied at my first apply ,and i try the next week trying to use my national languange so i apply it again and the officer straight to the point after 2 question she telling me im too fast , and cannot make appointment twice in a month , u should not make appointment twice in a month and sorry i cant approved ur visa today , and u should wait, and i ask her when should i apply it again? maybe next year or after u back form japan , note : because i have japan visa and i planning to japan too , my plan is 2 country within 1 trip go actually because i need transit at japan so my plan is about 3 days in japan and continue to usa for my holiday/trip . so my Q is : should i apply my third visa after going japan right away ? or should i wait another 3 month or next year to back apply my visa ? b1/b2

Thank you very much for such an informative video I have a visa interview coming up this week where my husband and I have taken an appointment for j1-j2 visa. We are doctors from India. My husband has got a postdoctoral research fellowship in USA starting mid-May. Our doubt is should I mention my plan of going to US on J2 and apply for EAD so that I can apply for fellowships too? Although our plan is to come back to India after 2-3 yrs of fellowships, should we mention it at this point or should I just say I'm going there for my husband's moral support. Thank you.
