I am so happy to have found your channel. I am a strong believer than if we kill an animal for food we owe a debt of gratitude to eat as much of it as we can. Spending half of each year in South East Asia with work, I have eaten pig brain and ear and all sorts of intestine dishes - it's all offaly versatile 🙂But I found you today because I bought pig's kidney for steak and kidney pie and every search I did said pig's kidney needs to be cooked fast otherwise it gets tough. So I am off to your steak and kidney pie video now to check 🙂
