Good to see you back with some Cup videos. That's scary to hear about the Brembo brackets, glad you caught it in time. 7:02 that top mount doesn't look like it's sitting properly?

Thanks dude, got lucky to be fair. The PMS ones seem really well made, so hopefully plain sailing from now on. Yeah when I reviewed the footage it seemed pretty off. I’m going to get it up on some stands and take a look. I did hit a huge pothole pretty hard on that side… no idea if that’s caused this.

Looking good mate! I can’t wait to get my cup back tomorrow after some work to get it through the MOT 😝

Hi Christopher, First of all amazing videos. I would like to know if the brake duct you're using are the OEM ones just without the fog lights or it's an aftermarket part.. thank you in advance!

I have the CUP (ET38.5) Turini's and the 280mm brembo kit ready to put on a future project. What size spacers do you run? My previous car had trophy Turini's (ET45) with the 300mm kit. That utilised 19mm PMS spacers. I fell running 19mm spacers with the lower offset CUP wheels will cause rubbing.

I run 10mm PMS on the front and then the PMS stub axle spacer skit at the rear. I wouldn’t push more than 15mm personally. Others might be able to offer some better advice, but at 19mm and that offset you’ll likely have some rubbing. 10mm is great because you can still centralise the wheel on the hub without the need for hub-centric spacers.

@@ChristopherGower thanks for the detailed response 🙏 How much space you got between the spoke and the caliper running the 10mm spacer? I've also got the 10mm rear stub axle spacer (also used on last car). So if 10mm works on the front that would be desirable to hold the same track ratio. Rather than being wider at the front like last time.

Hello. Please tell me what was done with the engine control unit to install the turbine? And the piston was changed or the standard?
@ChristopherGower Жыл бұрын
AEM piggy back unit sits under the glovebox and goes through the bulkhead to be spliced into the OEM ECU. It modulates boost and fuel. Standard pistons are good for 240bhp. Maybe even 250bhp with a thicker head gasket to lower compression. Anything more and you’re asking for trouble IMO.

@@ChristopherGower Was the sagem3000 regular unit removed or does it work together with aem? I want to put a turbine on a Renault Megan with an atmospheric f4r engine

If it's old, French and rattles. I'll give it a review.
