Deriding someone's mistakes, by thinking that it might help is a preposterous idea. Maybe an idea to write this example was ridiculous. An idea to rich information which will not come in handy, by putting a lot of efforts into it, is definitely an absurd idea. Also, from my point of view, learning anything without planning to put it into action is an unreasonable idea. I have a wild idea to start learning a new foreign language, but in terms of my speculations, it looks like a senseless idea.
