I had to chuckle at your comments at the beginning of your video about the comfort factor of popcorn. I was once in our regular tire shop getting our snow tires put on (Canada). It was really busy and the tempers of some customers (and staff) were getting a little frayed. The office manager came out, started a fresh pot of coffee and made a new batch of popcorn. 5 minutes later everyone in the waiting room was eating popcorn, and no one was complaining about things not being done instantly.

I vacuum sealed 2 bags of popcorn in Mason jars a couple of months ago. I just went and opened them after watching this video. I will jusr put a ring on it. 😊 The jars are in boxes, so not exposed to light. I'm waiting to get some totes, but may get some mylar bags for it. Thanks for sharing these storage tips!

I have 4 packs of Orville Redenbachers smart pop that expired in 2018. They are still sealed. I.popped a pack and all the kernels popped and it tastes amazing. Just goes to prove her theory.

When I was young, we popped popcorn in a basket with a long handle over the gas stove, at grandma’s house.

I still have one of these that my parents got for me when I started university. It hasn't been used in years - got replaced by an electric hot air popper.

This was a great video. Makes me want to stock up on popcorn.. No really! I never thought of popcorn as sustaining. I see it in a whole other light now thanks to you. We love popcorn anyway so why not store it just in case. I'd much rather eat popcorn than a lot of other foods. Many thanks.....

I love the videos. You make it feel more like a conversation rather that just information being tossed out. Thank you for all you do. It makes a difference with all the doom and gloom.

Thank you i live in a very humid location. By the time i get to bottom of my container the popcorn takes longer and longer to pop and burns quicker.
