You and your spouse get separated rewards accounts for the grocery store and shop on ad. When there are really good sales, you can each participate.

Be very aware of what is not healthy also. The stuff like... the little plastic cups of coffee. they get hot and then leech the plastic out into your body. Then you have achy joints.
