You can absolutely freeze quiche in a premade deep dish crust, just place the crust on a cookie sheet then put it into the freezer, slide the sheet out enough to pour into the crust, and pour. There is no moving the liquid around that way. You just slide the entire thing back into the freezer and prefreeze, then wrap with your foil and you're good to go.

Hi I love this. I’m getting stuff together to do some freezer dinners. I just upgraded to VIP. I made a request for the Aldis meals however I have yet to receive the plan. Has it expired?

One of the recipes used raw ground beef and someone mentioned she liked doing that as you had described. You stated to check your crockpot manual, but what other instructions do you have for using raw hamburger meat? I’ve seen freezer meals where they cook the meat first, but I thought it would be dry. Thank you - the recipes look delicious!

Why does this Chickpea Tikka Masala use 4 cans of chickpeas when your recipe in the Vegetarian class only uses 2? Which on is right? I know the spices are different due to what Aldi had, but I don't understand why double the chickpeas. Also - was the drinkable coconut milk really good in this recipe when the other calls for a can of coconut milk (not the same thing)? Thank you!

Saturday joined your Freezer Family/pro. 2-14 -24 Having a problem accessing the site and recipes. Incorrect e mail keeps coming up even though I have had this same e mail for years. changed my Password as directed still cannot get on the Pro site. Pissed
