I hope your flight goes well. Try and concentrate on how amazing it will be to see your friend. Don't worry about the packing the High Street has lovely clothes if you forget something you really need. Packing is stressful I always bring too much and forget something essential like my sunhat or winter coat

I LOVE Junior Bake-off; it's so precious. So hard to watch them get voted off sometimes but they're so cute. Also small children with English accents are truly so adorable .

The only way I can manage packing ( as a pre Covid Regular traveller), is that I have separate travel makeup and toiletries always sorted. Then all I need to do, create a clothes list that is based on # of days x type of travel ( spreadsheeted of course), otherwise I could almost plan approx 1 hr of packing for every day I’m gone.

I have flight anxiety too. I paid extra to upgrade to first class on a recent flight from Virginia to LA, and it was totally worth it. I loved it so much that I upgraded on the way home too.

I'm always a mess when I need to pack the same way you are (which was tough cause I used to be in a boarding school for 4 years so every sunday was chaos when I needed to pack to go back lol). A friend of mine keeps telling me I have ADHD and I'm like "nah!" but the more time passes the more I hear her say that in the back of my mind in different situations...
