I have more reason than all these bodybuilder types/ shredded guys to have hang ups about my body. I don't though. I mean I wouldn't wanna go shirtless but I'm not depressed about my body. I know I am a fat fuck and I don't really care it doesn't bother me mentally. I'm like insecure but 100% confident which makes no sense. Why do people 100X more "fit" than I am have these problems. @@masterkenobi1787 the natural consequence of taking the gym/bodybuilding seriously is focusing on what parts of your body need more attention. when all you see on your body is places that need improvement, you feel small. there is also the comparison of oneself to others on social media. we see ourselves in good and bad lighting bc we live with ourselves. but when we look online, all we see are the highlights of fitness influencers. absolutely nothing against them, if i were an influencer i would post my best photos too. but that leads to us comparing our average lighting physique to the guy on insta whos got a pump and is under crazy lighting. hope this helps

Maybe some stuff you would have changed or even learned. Possibly even talking about blood work and hormone levels adapting.

Nah there are too many other crazy guys who set some standards. I doubt he will ever get to this point. I don't see him stand a slightly chance even in some years against freaks like Hadi or Samson. Even get to the top 10 open Olympia should be very very hard.

@@prestong6015steroids are more and more normal for people to talk about. Not a good sign health wise, but especially young people are getting more and more into steroids. Especially because of athletes like Chris. They want to be like him or they want to have a body like other Classic physique athletes. It's more affordable then getting huge like an open guy. But still needs a good amount of steroids to get there. I'm not a fan of this, but it is how time goes.

More steroids doesn’t equal getting bigger, because if it did, everyone would just blast the kitchen sink and look like Ronnie Coleman. I used to go the gym twice a day i skipped parties and events and I was okay with it. i reached so many goals, i was striving to compete one day and get bigger but then I had a beautiful baby. Its been almost 2 years where i really dont go to the gym as much, i cant. I eat whatever i can whenever i have time. Aside from also working as much as i can to make sure my family has what they need and want. My sleep is well whenever i can and as much as i can get at night lmao. I dont regret having my family but I watch these videos and hope all the best for you Chris. And one day i can get back to the roots too but if anyone can recommend a good online coach too?? Ive been coached before just looking to see options. Maybe I can get back on the grind boys
