Bert, the start of your vid was so helpful. You're at the culmination of your prep, leading up to the 'grand finale'. I've just taken a month off lifting to try deal with a chronic injury while finishing dental school/exams etc (literally the opposite end of the spectrum), but your method of tackling a day with some structure as it gets away from you resonates so strongly. Goes to show how much lifting can translate into real life stuff.
