I didn't really know what I was getting into when I started cake decorating, but now I know my intuition was, in fact, correct. It's all about a creative outlet and a chance to release my inner artist. I don't have the skill set, yet, but it's coming along slowly, but surely. At age 70 I'm getting a late start, but it's just as satisfying to see my creations take form.

These cakes are amazing. I love how simple you keep them, allowing the all the smaller details to shine. The floral and fall ones are so pretty. Definitely the most unique looking cakes I have seen on these videos.

I made your oreo cake last week for my husband's birthday and it took me like 4 hours to make but my husband was in awe and everyone thought I ordered it from a bakery so A+. I've never had cake quite that texture. It was moist and creamy and thick. Very hard to describe but very good.

Seee? This is what I have been looking for! This is really satisfying. Not only it shows skill, but also taste. All of them look so great! Fun and pretty. The colours all match and the effects are so good. Wow! The white ones with the flowers looked so elegant! My favourite was the red and white with the strawberries. The detail! Also, it looks like all of them taste delicious!

So beautiful! The flowers are so delicate and amazing! Those peonies!!! 😲😲😲 Thank you for using pastel colors instead of all the garish colors that are so prevalent in bakeries these days. My personal favorite is white on white or pastels so soft they almost look white... and of course the various tones of chocolate on chocolate! 😋🥰😋 Food should always be this gorgeous! 😍😍😍

I live in NYC, I see art on a regular basis ( shows, ballet, opera, galleries, museums..) and I bake beautiful desserts like yours ( and eat them and SOMEHOW stay slim!!! ) HEY I SAID MY DREAM LIFE! LoL In this life, I live in Canada, winter is far too long, I work far too many hours, I do not have time to bake on a regular basis BUT when I do, my "techniques" are already improved by watching your videos... so, it's not a bad life after all!
