That's what the blue light is for! Thought it was for depth perception so vehicles can gauge how fast they are gaining and don't run you over in the dust. Makes sense now. Thanks!

Even as wild as both projects we built are they are still very comfortable on the street. It's hard to put a number on mild. I would guess $5k-10k. Or you just crank the torsion bars and add some wheels and tires. The Ranger in this episode probably has about $15k into it and it's a daily driver.

hey how come some prerunners dont build bed cages, however still put larger shocks in the rear of their trucks, ive seen a lot of them, but they dont have leaf springs, they use trailing arms.

Good morning and greetings from Mexico! I love everything they post! Unfortunately I am not looking to contact you because you want a prerunner truck, but I am looking for you because I would like to know if you would give me an advice to know what shock absorbers you recommend for a 2005 ford ranger XL with torsion bar in the front suspension, I have investigated in Mexico and the most recommended are Bilstein, Monroe Rancho, or PRO COMP. Could you recommend one? Besides this they suggest me to change the rear spring bushings but I don't know if I should put the factory ones or some polyurethane kit, could you recommend one? I forgot to mention that I am not looking to make a truck for off road but some streets in Mexico look like real dirt and I want to be able to cross those streets without fear

This is a very good video series to show how to build a pre-runner at home! Is there anything besides a different offset rims to space the rear tires out so they track with the front tires?

The best way is to buy a wider axle. Some people use wheel spacers but I don't recommend them. Also glad you like the show.

The one thing that ive noticed about alot of these builds on several channels is the front is nice and wide but the back tires arent in line with the front tires, ibe seen that on most all builds like this, I'm not sure if that's because its to much to make the changes in the back axsles or what not sure but my only pet peeve

Its wider in the front because the a arms are extended thus providing more travel. You say why not just make it wider in the rear as well? Because these are budget builds that the regular working guy can do at home. Changing the whole rear end is costly and doesnt provide more travel. For a daily driver often swapping to a wider rear end isnt practical.
