Prerunning King of the Hammers ROCK COURSE in a STOCK Can-Am Maverick X3. Will It Survive??

We take out a Can-Am Maverick X3 to do some pre-running of the 2023 King of the Hammers Pro UTV modified course. The machine is a basically stock 2021 X3 XRS with the exception of arms, axles, and front diff. Will it hold up?

Man those are gnarly trails. Takes a lot of skill to get up those in one piece. You’re probably sick of hearing this but it would be cool to see you and Frank do this or a similar event next year. It’s definitely something to do . I live in SoCal and the nice thing about this area ( Johnson Valley) is that it has all flavors of riding from super easy to extreme. Highly recommend but only in the winter summer is super hot too hot to ride.

Like the video we were back at King Of The Hammers last year and it rained like 2 to 3 days in the valley was kind of like a small little lake before it was windy almost every day dusty windy, windy, dusty, and you had goggles on and a mask over your face and a hoodie on Horrible, but it was awesome no matter what wasn’t racing just watching the race cars and chicken all the trails out with my maverick x3

I was exposed to KOH from Lite Brite channel. Kevin And Brittany Williams.. they are awesome! They had a Bomber for a couple of years and did well. Some great content on that. They are there now too. Just spectating I think. But brought their buggy the “ side chick”. They live out in Utah ( rarely there). Look them up, maybe do a collaboration with them. They have a SXS too. + couple of built Jeep’s and drift cars too. I bet you’d love hangin with them in the trails. 👍

The footage is a testament of how far stock machines have come. Rocks are not soft, no matter how smooth they look. The toughest rocks out there are the ones in the driver seats of the racers who smash through all that crap.
