Visited Prescott last weekend and fell in love with the area. Will be relocating in the next year. Thank you

Shawn and Tiffany took my wife and I on an extended tour of Prescott this week. They know their stuff and were really helpful. We will definitely use them to help us find a home in Prescott if we decide to pull the trigger and get out of California

You rode in The Estates, Northridge Drive and called it Brookstone. There is no Brookstone in Prescott Lakes. You mean Brookside. .

Near the end, said Prescott Lakes Parkway and 89A. They don’t intersect. It’s hwy 89. Not sure about the shot of pickleball play. Didn’t look right.

Thanks that should have been 89 and Prescott Lakes PKWY thanks for the feedback

That was not Prescott Lakes pro shop?
@livinginprescott26 күн бұрын
No it was not. There were a few people In the shop and we didn’t want to publish a video without each persons permission.

It is an amazing subdivision but we were told just a few months ago at the clubhouse that all buyers will pay a $5000 “entrance fee” to the HOA. No thanks

@@livinginprescott Is there also this huge buy in fee at The Dells?

Not unusual at amenity-filled communities.

I believe you’re correct for the lakes.

We don’t think so. They will have a Capital Improvement fee but not a social membership buy-in. The Dells is quite sleepy though. Clubhouse is almost always empty.

It's been a while since you've done a video. Your videos are very helpful, as we're considering a possible move to the Prescott area in the next few years (need to have Hubby retired first). I've been hearing people speak of Javelina problems in your area. I know 2 people that have moved there in the past 2 years, and say they've encountered Javelinas while walking the dog and found them to be aggressive. Can you shed some light as to possible danger? I'm not worried for us, but for our dogs. We're from NW Montana and are used to Grizzlies and Mountain Lions...but never felt threatened. Should we be concerned?

@@livinginprescott Thanks for the response! And Tiffany...love that you're rockin' the gray!!! Looks great!!!

No. They're scared of you like you are of them. Carry bear spray with you. I have a Mountain Cur dog. The native Americans raise these dogs to hunt the javelinas. Great dogs too

Why isnt the sewage issue ever discussed in any of the Prescott videos? Its getting worse every year, and if you live here you know what im talking about!
@livinginprescott8 ай бұрын
I live here and haven’t heard any issues regarding Sewage. Learn something new everyday I suppose. Thanks for watching
