LS forgot to see the bugfixes this patch to realise that both Graves' Fleet interaction got fixed and LDR's Giant Slayer's bonus got fixed from affecting you vs anything to you vs champions (it granted you with bonus dmg against turrets/minions/monsters).

Mana tank item could be good for maokai too. Has constant access to slows/immobilizes and can extend his durability to get his passive off once or twice more.

New tempo for sure not a Twitch rune, you die before it's stacked, assuming you have Fence on Lulu for you, even if you do stack it, you can't R to open and the attack speed loss limits your DPS and the range increase doesn't really matter as you have enough already (and extra range means R bolts will miss even more) and if R runs out then you do no damage anyway. First strike on the other hand... Rat jungle maybe comes back? Or you get insane gold after getting tiamat ruunans by teamfighting without even winning it?

Showing dragon in draft is better, both ways show skill expression, one dramatic reduces variance in a skill based game by removing RNG which is good for competition

Want to mention that Turbo Chemtank is NOT like DMP, it stacks up with autoattacks too which actually makes it far more like Stormrazor or RFC but for tanks. This means that champions who typically build tank but also autoattack really fast (like trundle) gain a lot of value from removing the immolate and putting it on attack instead - and in combination with lethal tempo you can get a lot of procs.

If trundle Q counts as a slow, that new tear item would be very good on him, having a shield constantly up plus grasp would make it difficult for any melee champ to properly duel him, it would also synergize well with shield bash.

It does count as a slow, and it is really good on lane trundle, solves quite a bit of his issues early (where he wants to fight but can't because he is OOM after 2 pillars)

I think fimbulwinter has potential on singed since you already want Rylai's and it lets you keep poisoning near constantly as the game goes on. You also get multiple procs from the poison so you get it stacked pretty effeciently.

Poppy can maybe use the mana. The Q spam will really easily let you push waves and use mana in lane. Especially if you're using W a lot in lane in a counter-matchup.

Isn’t the cosmic drive changes just a straight up nerf? You’re never gonna build the item as a first item and therefore the requirements from s11 of 160 ability power don’t matter as you would achieve this with everfrost and cosmic drive even as a second item. But now you have to hit 3 separate attacks to achieve the passive. So the first 3 attacks don’t receive the bonus and also the stats lost on the item makes it just worse, I’m not saying it’s not a good item for specific champions but I can really see it falling out of favour by alot

First strike sounds like a really good akali rune. She had no rune since fleet was removed from melee champs, now she has predator and this. As soon as you get rockbelt on akali if you perma try trading with rockbelt into ult if you hit everything even if you dont kill your opponent you gain 100-150gold/ult. Its not a laning rune but an after first item one.

I doubt he'll be OP. (As a singed main) I think he'll have actually items to buy and kinda be able to fight in toplane without turbofeeding. Kinda the same opinion that minishcap1 and other challenger otp's have about the items. Just opinion though, we'll see after a few days how it goes. :)

I have an idea for lethal tempo near me out It’s basically the same as old tempo the gain 6 second attack speed when in combat but when you get a kill or assist your attack speed steroid time decreases by x% but your attack speed permanently increases by x% and this stacks until you basically have no rust one anymore but you will have a lot ( maybe not a lot but a decent amount) of extra passive attack speed. Feel like this helps everyone not just adc’s The new lethal tempo doesn’t do shit for champs like azir and being azir on trick myself is sad

This bounty system is literally the most broken thing ever. If they want to reduce the amount of snowballing, then they should really just lower the amount of gold that's coming in (Plates etc.) and *not* throw all these different cash-systems on top of one another and hope that it'll balance each other out. I think scaling is great, most of my favorite champs are late-gamers. But this is absolutely ridiculous because games just yoyo back and forth now and the objective system is heavily bugged or random.
