It's a beautiful home that reminds me of the homes we have here in Galveston, Texas with large bay windows, a view and an additional large pool this home would be rocking it. The homeowners actually use the kitchen compared to the 2nd kitchen. This home is super expensive the kitchen appliances alone with Wolf ranges, Sub-Zero left & right refidgerators and Miele coffee maker that's estimated $50K U.S. and that's excluding shipping and installation. It's mo, mo, mo MOney home.

This one is a feast for a plantita's eyes! Medyo hindi ako makafocus sa house tour because of all the lovely plants around but I so love it! Although 2 lang yung bedrooms sa taas so if the buyer has a big family they might convert the other rooms for more bedrooms. But this house is such a dream! Parang you're walking thru the pages of a design magazine! 😊

Beautiful. Finally, an open layout to maximize space and natural light. Almost all new modern designs here in the US utilize the open concept. Love the blackout cellular shades in the master bedroom. Would buy this house in a heartbeat if I had the cash.

Sometimes i just skip based on the thumbnail cos i can already tell the interior, almost like they all had the same architect. I’m just done. Omg it even has the aqua color accent pieces in the guise of the dining chairs which is what i have in my 3D render for my future home! Also, the peninsula (which she called the U-shaped counter) with the flush ‘bar’ or ‘breakfast nook’ is totally my style. I hate so much how developers don’t recognize the hazard and inconvenience an elevated counter brings. Geez Stop it already! I also don’t particularly like kitchen islands, unless there’s a peninsula to the side. I need the continuity of the counter for when the kitchen gets busy! Those who prefer islands over peninsula aren’t the ones who cook, that I can tell! So this kitchen layout is perfect!

a nice american mid-western inspired home. i could be wrong but that's how i imagine this house is. if i was the buyer, i might haggle a few hundred thousands down because i would definitely get rid of the set-up for the dogs (no offense, doggies. i'm a dog lover myself but i don't see myself needing such large facilities for canine companions that i do not have.) i think this house deserves to be bragged to everyone the buyer knows because it's a nice looking house. The Deal-Breaker: However, i find that the second floor or the private quarters of the family too personalized to the current owner's needs. potential buyers might need to renovate the entirety of the children's room. that could jeopardize the structural integrity of the upper levels. if that's the case then the buyer should haggle a few millions down to compensate for the potential costs of renovating the second floor. i was going to comment something about the third son's sleeping arrangement but i desist since that will just be pure speculation and is not in any way useful in this topic. pang marites lang yung naiisip ko. hahahhaha!

Na outgrow lang siguro ng panganay yung shared arrangement nila, or yung bunso ang napagkalakihan ng mga kuya. Actually nakakagulat na 2 bedrooms total lang yung buong bahay.

@@j134679 yun nga ang problema eh, ang plan ng sleeping quarters ay two rooms lang, for the parents and for the children. mahirap para sa potential buyer kung ang mga anak niya ay may boys and girls. you normally don't mix them together in a room lalo na kung nagdevelop na ang katawan ng boys to the point that they now make the morning flag ceremony. awkward to be seen by his sisters. kaya mangyayari ay the buyer would need to renovate the children's room. since we're on the subject of speculating... highly unlikely na ang panganay ang aalis sa kwarto nila para lumipat sa kwarto ng parents niya. i think it's the bunso who opted to move to his parent's bedroom. you know, typical baby of the family thing.
