Beautiful well planned situation areas... with nicely mounted windows. Great t & B fixtures well placed, good views everywhere. I appreciate the entertainment area, great pool set-up. Yeah the water feature is not annoyingly noisey. Nice cove ceilings. And lovely warm lighting. Great house structure. I love the balcony....yeah. Well explained by pretty Julia.

Paranaque has alot of peaceful and private subdivisions and villages. 👍 Dad will use the ground floor bedroom coz he's old. Everything's nice. Love the trees, the plants, the peaceful neighborhood and the privacy. The only thing I dont like is the tiles. I dont like the same old porcelain tiles coz dirt gets easily stick to it. Plus, it gets cold right away so it gives you this icky feeling everytime you step on it. That's why I prefer wood or marble tiles. All in all! Its great! Thanks Julia and Team Presello for this wonderful video.

Hi Julia. My reactions after watching some of the residences showcase are as follows: I have not seen one type of swimming pool with a good side wall that is captivating. Most of the en suite toilet is still staid in taste. I prefer maximizing the space and layout. Open wall to allow sunlight and high ceilings for living and dining area. Kitchen separated by sliding door with island. Rooms with floor to ceiling to give it vibes and air. To consider that having a balcony or roof deck can cause future problem of water leaks to the floors below. A room for the elders on the ground floor and bathroom should have safety rails. A ramp for the elders on the main entrance. Lastly, the foliage used surrounding the property should have beneficial properties rather than treating it as decorative.

hmm... I love the concept of greenery in the house. Especially if combine it with a industrial theme house. But plants covering sa mga metal fence. The problem there is much more higher chance makalawang ang bakal kasi sigurado ako tutubigan yan everyday. Dapat yan pader with marble tiles or ilang coat of pain. But still great house.

I like it actually because it's homey. I'm not fond of glass walls though due to privacy and most esp due to security. But it still have it's privacy because of the architecture and also because of the plants, no one can take a peek what's going on inside the house. There are minimal things I don't prefer like the bathroom shower curtain, the glass terrace type on the second floor where you can see the ground, the CR beside the office is much better if it's an additional space for office and the glass partition from living to dining is unnecessary. If you want privacy between the two area, you should have put a wooden door otherwise it's better to have it with open

Hi.. I'mma fan don't get me wrong and please don hate me. But I just wanna ask,do you explore the house first before you do the tour? Coz it seems from this video prang pati Ikaw na shock na meron pa palang cr dto or may office area. Parang on the spot. Hehehe parang hindi prepared. But still nag enjoy pa rin Ako since Ang Ganda ng house. Peace. ✌️
