Nauuso na sa pinas mga bahay na glass dito, glass doon which is not suited sa klima ng pilipinas. Unless napapalibutan ka ng mga puno or may shade yung mga bintana, papasok pa rin yung init which is magastos sa kuryente pag naka aircon. Another thing is yung sinusunod nila open concept at high ceiling, which is bagay lang abroad if malamig yung bahay. Pag high ceiling kasi mag dodouble time yung aircon kasi mas malaki yung space plus pa if open yung kitchen, yung init galing sa stove/oven kumakalat sa buong area, then dagdagan pa ng init na pumapasok through sa mga glass.

Love this! Though I'm a bit nitpicky in some obvious corners, I saw it at 5:29 before you opened the restroom, the corner jamb beside the remote could have been finished way better! hehe But yeah, I love this bungalow!!
