Ung pagiging mabusisi ni Julia ang pinaka asset ng presello. Ung part na lagi syang may pinapatandaan na pinto then ireremind nya later kung saan un papunta, or anong room ang matatagpuan dun un ang bentang-benta sa akin. May mga house tours kasi na hindi nasasagot ang curiosity ko sa kung anong pinto ang hindi nila binuksan kaya hindi ako nasasatisfy sa panunuod, itong presello they check all the boxes. Sa lahat ng house tours ito talaga ang pinaka perfect. Ung balitecture ang gaganda ng bahay pero 'meh' maghouse tour. Maganda din sina Enez, JP, Jason Matouk, at Nestor.

I like the house, it looks simple but it's realky beautiful. Hindi sya nakakasawa and hindi rin sya nakakalito base sa interior but I was just a little off sa helper's quarter kasi the house and big so it means the ownee will be needing some help not just 1 person and may driver a but the helper's quarter is kind of small talaga e. I think 2-4 houses lang yung nakita ko pa so far na medyo may kalakihan (di talaga masikip) yung quarter for the helpers kasi they deserve din naman ng magandang environment to rest/relax after their work. All in All, I really like this house

How does the water drain off the roof deck? I didn't see any drains in the floor or at the base of any of the perimeter walls? EDIT: I rewatched the video and I think I saw a small drain in the corner under the tap. I hope that is enough to handle the typical tropical downpours we can sometimes have. I am paranoid about flat roofs and roof decks because that is what I want and you have to do it right or so many things can go wrong.

Nobel , Greatness of Splendidness , Hence like the Yellowstone Mountains or TheSwiss alps in summertime , The coast of Southern France etc. Its just another Small Lot with a Tiny Garden Concrete Building again, Like many others,
