Sa 100 houses, nasa 4th ito ss nagustuhan ko for 28M range ito ang the best. Why? hindi sobrang laki na walang saysay ang ibang parts o area. Hindi namn maliit lahat ng space functionable practical + fully furnished best design.

10:39 Is that door supposed to be permanently opened?? The CCTV system in the master bedroom is plugged to the power outlet inside the walk-in closet. How are you going to close that door with the power cables in the way?? Do you have to choose between having access to the CCTVs and closing the door??

Although there are available houses for sale in this area, still I don't feel like living there. Very inconvenient area..Nanay ko nagbabantay s house Ng sister ko who lives abroad. But my mother moved to family owned building in San Juan instead. May area n tinambakan lng s Greenwoods kaya nagkaroon Ng sinkhole inside the house which they didn't know before buying. Plus issue Ng Baha at traffic bago k pa makapasok s subdivision.

One thing that annoys on the 3rd floor is the electrical wires that are almost attached to the house. Very risky.

One of my complaints is the choice of some furniture. That dining table is too small for 6 people. Some carpets, sofas, and tables are just ugly - especially in the entertainment room. I guess it's ok if they can make those furniture optional and remove them from the price tag.

Why is it that the setback from perimeter wall to the house looked like 1 meter only , is it that the Standard is 3meters? Is it a violation of the building code?

The person can not be wide. Six bedrooms but mostly small. They could just made 4 bedrooms and made it bigger. Five persons would make this place look very cramped. All the shower head fixtures looks like from any other place look cheap.
