Simple Present Tense in Turkish is known as Şimdiki Zaman. The affirmative form of the present continuous tense takes only one possible ending, which is -YOR. The video describes all possible forms of verb conjugations for Present Continuous Tense, including conjugations based on personal pronouns.

Is the vowel before the yor pronounced? For example öğreniyorum the i is not pronounced?

It depends. In some words it's shortly pronounced, in some words it can be omitted. For example, gidiyorum can be pronounced as gidyom.
