Was strange hearing something I have been telling people since I had my NDE. I even taught my children this back in the 80/90's. The past is gone, let it go, you can't change it, why feel embarrassed cause it is over. Tomorrow never comes, no one has been to tomorrow for when you wake up it is today. All you have is today, so go out there and make today the best day it can be for you and others. Then when you wake up and it is today once more, it will be easier and a happier place to make today be better. Even as I type these words it is in the past, I soon as a word leaves my mouth it is the past so let it go. All you have to worry about is right now.

That’s the philosophy of the swine. If you don’t think about the future and don’t learn from the past, there will be a miserable “today”. Time doesn’t matter in THAT realm. We’re not there yet.

I've watched a lot of these, and this may be the best. Jeff Olsen is an excellent speaker, and his narrative does not get boring at any point. The way he came back from the horrendous injuries he had, and has gone on to inspire others to realize that we are all spiritual beings who never really die, shows that miracles are possible even in our times.
@TheJeanette53
@TheJeanette53 5 жыл бұрын
What he experienced, it seems to me, was just a glimpse of the spiritual realm. He needed that or his suffering might have been too much for him to bear. I’m sure that’s why God gave him that. I would not build my whole theology on that. He is still on journey. At some point we must all come to Christ . Though often we walk with him a part of the way without knowing it’s Him. Christ has made it possible to receive that love of God, whether we know it or not ...yet. It’s such a privilege to receive Christ now and realise who he is. We don’t have to wait till we die. We can know him now.

Thank you Sir,, Home sweet Home ! There is no place like Home ! Yes Jeff,,, I totally understand what you experienced without ever having a NDE,,, I think most people live life knowing that this is not our true home, that we have somehow been taken away from our true home and brought here, into this world. I also believe we carry this belief throughout our lifetime, never feeling quite comfortable, or at peace, After all, we all know we will not be here long , its like renting a beautiful room on vacation , knowing that on a certain date, and time, you will have to leave ! How can anyone ever feel that this is the place they can call home ? We will never be home here on this earth , we all know that deep inside, that we will have to check out at the front desk soon. God Bless my friend ! One day we will all return home once again !!! 😁✌🕇💕💕💕💕✌ Amen !

While I myself have not had an NDE of my own I’ve read countless books and heard numerous stories like yours that emphasize our purpose in this physical lifetime of choosing unconditional love and joy here in the now, in the present. Coming from someone like yourself who has “been there” (and many others), I cant help but to feel absolute belief in the very real and present connection we have with God through which all things are possible working together as co-creators of our beautiful life experience here on this Earth. Truly, thank you and God bless!!

I have had three life and death experiences and I must say one thing. It took me over 40 years to finally come out and share my stories and with that said, still I am pretty selective as to who I share my stories with. Because when one dies they enter into a Spiritual Realm which can be very Holy and Sacred. At least it was for me. But some do not get to that realm and they enter into complete and utter darkness. All of my experiences came without any warning. All were different. There is no sense of time in the Kingdom of God, like there is here on earth. Communications are also very different you don't need to speak, because it's telepathic. But one thing he did say that I went through was being EMBRACED into the ARMS of the LIVING GOD. We don't often hear people speak about that and that's what happened to me as well. When you hold that new born baby in your arms, you never wish to let go. When the Lord held me in His arms it was so Intense, So Holy, So Loving, and So Perfect. It is extremely difficult being here after being in HIS presence where everything is Bliss. Truly enjoyed hearing this story.

***** i disagree with some things you state. Everyone goes to the light even if it does happen immediately after death. Also whether or not people believe in Jesus or not does not effect the near death experience. People of all walks of life and different belief systems report the same loving light. Anita Moorjani had a very wonderful experience and she is of Hindu culture. You interpreted your experience as being religious which is fine but for most it is spiritual in which their beliefs are no factor at all nor does the Light even care. God sees all life as his children whether Jesus or anyone else.

oh my goodness nosedrip007. Your name has me smiling from ear to ear. What others have gone through I cannot say. I can only say what I went though and how it effected my Spiritual Walk. There is much more in which I can share, but suffice it to say, each will learn one day on their own. Also Jesus is referred to as the "Light" of the World. He does love everyone, but some refuse Him. Atheists and the like. :(

It sounds like it could be the title to the next James Bond movie in which he stops the bad guys by sneezing on them lol. I do have one question about your experience. In another video in which you mentioned being embraced by the lord and being at one with the lord did you also experience universal oneness and a sense of connection to all living things? Some NDERs report that.
@truthtold2
@truthtold2 9 жыл бұрын
nosedrip007 Oh you are quite humorous and that would be a Interesting thought, but one in which I WOULD avoid. To answer your Question, when I was embraced by the Lord, it was just Him and I. There was no one else, that was something that touched me greatly, as when we are with him, it's You and Him and its ALL about His Love for you. And your love for Him, I felt very connected with Him, I will add that one does feel more connected to other living things, the wild life, plants etc.......But nothing compares from the Love He gives to us. Oh my goodness HE loves us so very very much, :) Lisa

***** I have come up with jokes that could sort of be related to this topic. I tell people I am a healer. I heal by kicking people with the back of my foot. I used to be a Medium but now I am an X large. On a more serious note if you can recall the happiest time in your physical life and multiply it by a billion does it still fall short of the joy you felt in the presence of the Lord? Do you remember any conversations you had with God while there?

What I get from your story is, that at the scene of the accident, you saw yourself floating above it all. Possibly a near-death-experience, although you do not say if it was confirmed by professionals such as doctors, that your heart actually stopped, which is a requirement for an experience to be labeled a NDE. However, as I understand, listening to your testimony, your profound experience occured at the hospital while lying in bed, not declared clinically dead at all. You were likely having a so called out-of-body experience. If so, you should not call it a near-death-experience, because it is misleading. Nomatter how interesting and profound your experience is. One could also say you had a so called mystical experience. Correct me if I'm wrong in any of this.

While in my late twenties, after seeking for half of my life, the following is what I came to realize... Now, at age 55, I am more sure than ever... This is what sealed my faith in stone... I found these verses in the Old Testament. Old. NOT New... as in PRE-Jesus birth. So I got this idea the Christians might have slipped these passages into the Old Testament ... But I doubted they could slip them into the Jewish versions. So I went to the Jewish section of Barnes and Noble, and looked them up in THEIR ancient books. They are all there! The prophecies of their Messiah... and the world's Here is one of the prophecies of the future Savior of the world from the Old Testament, beginning at the end of Isaiah chapter 52 through ch. 53... "See, my servant will act wisely, he will be raised and lifted up and highly exalted. Just as there were many who were appalled at him his appearance was disfigured beyond that of a human and his form marred beyond human likeness so he will sprinkle many nations, and kings will shut their mouths because of him. For what they were not told, they will see, and what they have not heard, they will understand. Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? He grew up like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we did not esteem him. Surely he carried our sorrows and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was woundeded for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; but the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. By oppression and judgment he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished. He was assigned a grave with the wicked, (between 2 thieves) yet with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring (those of us who accept his sacrifice and become his children) and prolong his days, for the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand. After he has suffered, he will see the light of life and be satisfied by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors." He is all through the Old Testament! But in Isaiah 6:9-10 God blinds Israel for their rebellion, and then in Isaiah 9 God reveals himself to the Gentile world... Of course these verses above explain so sweetly why He came - to redeem us.. But Zechariah 12:10 tells about when God will open Israel's eyes to finally see Jesus (at his 2nd Coming) and it appears to be very soon... I know Im going on and on, but it is all so amazing to me... And yes.... people of faith also have strong hearts and minds... If they seek God's wisdom, and rest in His peace. Be bold and humble at the same time. Ask God to prove Himself to you.. - with the willingness to yield to Him if He does. That is what I did. I am NOT gonna wrestle with the God of the universe.

@@carolynnorton9552 If I was so agnostic or skeptical that I honestly thought Christians may have inserted prophecies into the Old Testament in order to make people THINK Jesus is the Messiah.. and then I went so far as to go to the Jewish section of the bookstore to research these prophecies for myself (so as to avoid any Christian influence).. @@Doriesep6622 lol... That seems perfectly logical as an argument. And that's why I wanted to avoid the Christian Bible altogether -not just the New Testament. Although I keep explaining the correlation between the prophecies of the Old Testament and the fulfilments of the New Testament, some of you continue to miss the major point: I ditched both, and went to the Jewish section of Barnes and Noble! I read from THEIR Books of the Prophets.. And can we just all agree that the very last place on Earth we should ever find Jesus is in a (B.C) E. Jewish Book?? " He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we did not esteem him. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; but the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all." If this grabs your soul re-read my first post above.. the entire verses.. from Isaiah 53 (Its the same Book/Prophet but the ch/verse numbers are a little different in the Jewish Book of rhe Prophets) But understand: this is just one of MANY prophecies. Many about his 1st coming -to forgive and redeem us. And so so many about his 2nd coming -to be the Prince of Peace of this world (after destroying evil) Read: Evidence That Demands a Verdict A Case for Christ A Case for Grace More Than a Carpenter

I’ve read and listened to many NDE’s over the years and often return to listen to one of Jeff’s discussion on his tragic family accident. He explains and describes his experience in such a descriptive and heartfelt way that I can’t help but return to rejuvenate my own light. You help me put many of my own experiences in perspective. Thank you and God Bless you Jeff. Thank you also to the man who’s interviewing Jeff, great interview!

Neither will I, Marianne for I've had enough and I'm still having too much but, if I decide to come back again with my loved ones, it'll have to be when things are quite, quite different on this beloved planet.I know in a hundred and fifty years humanity will be able to choose when to die (meaning leaving the physical body) and it'll have managed to prevent most diseases if not all. As I said, it seems this place is going to be like heaven.

What a beautiful message! 50 years ago I had a near-drowning as a 9-year old girl. I also experienced being held and loved and safe and warm, whilst in the far distance I could hear someone screaming. I later found out it was me screaming, but I left my body and felt no fear whatsoever. I am also not afraid of death since. It is something I look forward to. My brother committed suicide many years later and appeared to me in a dream. He was surrounded by a love unlike any I have ever seen on earth and such peace and gentleness came from his eyes. He was safe and I felt sad that I wasn't there with him. I subsequently found a book A Course in Miracles and it became my spiritual path. It teaches exactly what Jeff is saying: we create our experience and can choose love or fear in every moment, we are all loved beyond what we would ever understand, that time does not exist and that the now is our link to eternity.

Exactly. I fed a homeless man today and no less than a minute later I impatiently kicked a womans basket because she was in my way. I don't know why it feels so much more effort to just naturally be kind. I feel like I slip into my aggressive side way to easily. Moody is not the way but since my dad died this year I am really trying. Its a journey for sure.

The most important question asked to Jeff was : " The place where you were,did you feel like you came from there" ?And Jeff's response was " I felt like I came home"!!! That seems to me that our lives are ETERNAL as in we were ALWAYS alive before birth and will be so after death!! That is indeed a sobering thought !!!

Right! And Now it's our choice- where do we want to spend eternity? Jesus Christ is the Way to eternal life with Him in this awesome place, when we accept the redemption he has offered to us through His sacrifice to cleanse us from our sins, and let Him be the Lord of our Life. Through Jesus Christ is the only Way back HOME!

We can be easily deceived. The Bible, which is God's word, tells us clearly that unless we turn from our sin/wrongdoings and accept Jesus, who died to pay for our sins on the cross and then rose from the dead; unless we turn to Him then we will not see the beauty of Heaven. Jesus said,' I Am, The Way, The Truth and The life, no-one comes to The Father but by me.'

I know one thing for sure I'm not perfect, and if i was i wouldn't need Jesus Christ. Maybe a true Christian might be perfect in the eyes of God because Christ would be seen in that person. But Hitler and millions of others are so far from perfect. I'm not saying this guy didn't have some kind of experience, but maybe he misunderstood, because i can't see everyone in this world as being perfect in Gods eyes.

Jeff Olsen - In this beautiful embrace there was no judgement... It was all unconditional love. - The entire universe was saying look how much we've loved you... It was absolutely unconditional love. - It was very, very loving. It was perfect. I've realized that my life was perfect, even with the pain, even the accident, everything that had happened. - ln this loving space, I realized I had nothing to prove. That I was absolutely loved unconditionally. The only one that didn't know myself was me. God knew me perfectly... In those arms, I was perfect. My life was perfect. In his eyes I was perfect. That I was also divine. That I was part of that, that we were truly connected. Beautiful journey 💗

You see how people who have had NDEs have experiences that confirm what people like Eckhart Tolle and Mooji say about living in the present. At 10:00 he starts to express those concepts that mystics have always taught.
@Robin____
@Robin____ 9 жыл бұрын
***** And you cannot be serious about the crap that you just said! You go and follow your narrow, brain washing religions that love trying to take control of the minds of others. The point about Tolle, is that you can study any mystic from the past to the present, and they all say basically the same thing, the same truths. Truth has to be experienced within and cannot be given to you by Popes, vicars and priests who love you to put more money in their bowls! As Jesus said, the Kingdom of Heaven is within, so why look outside? You go and follow your own deluded self. I am sure the Christian Church would love to save you and add you to their list of dumb sheep.

Enlightment is not a contest. Beauty of truth is a gift in every moment it is brought forward. Those who have been blessed by this, express it when they experience it. For everyone who has known a moment of the lLove of the Most High, can readily praise the reality of the gift brought in those priceless moments of knowing. We are all blessed when we are touched by their sincerity, especially if the message is honest, true, and good.

I've known since I was a little girl and had Christianity thrust upon me that somehow the 'dogma' of it didn't feel right. I began searching out alternative answers when I was a teenager and found so many thanks to people like this man who shared his NDE. We are beautiful, loved, amazing creatures who have NOTHING to be ashamed of in our journey. Our God loves us just the way we are and we aren't expected to answer for each mistake we make. If you're not living, you're not learning. If you're not learning, you're not growing. And if you're not growing, what's the point? I choose to live and NOT live in fear of damnation, but instead live as a reflection of the love that I am sure is waiting on the other side for us all. I know, so many religions want to see their people huddled in fear because it serves the religion's purpose of keeping them scared keeps them giving..nah..for me, I'll choose life and won't live 1 second feeling guilty about being too human. I am as God created me, and I won't let anyone take that away from me.

So with your answer, I guess child molesters and murders are also perfect with no consequences. They can just continue in their actions thinking God is okay with it? Lovingly I tell you that you have wrong thinking. I love the experience this man had, but in order to understand the experience, you need to know what the Divine (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) says about it, by reading HIS WORD...the Bible. Be careful not to be deceived by one mans interpretation of what he experienced. You can know the whole truth and what we are to do with it. Blessing!
