Diana Rodgers of Sustainable Dish is renowned as a real food nutritionist. As part of her visit to New Zealand, she presented about the current dilemma many people are facing when it comes to the decision around eating red meat. She covers the ethical, environmental and nutritional case for including red meat in the diet, and challenges viewers to think holistically when it comes to making informed decisions about their diet.

Diana Rodgers, an American Registered Dietitian and advocate for ‘real food’ and animal-based proteins. Diana has directed and produced the film 'Sacred Cow' which follows on from her book Sacred Cow: The case for (better) meat written by Diana and Robb Wolf. Diana’s website Sustainable Dish delves into her work, with nutrition consultations, courses, a blog and podcast available online, along with her background in nutrition and sustainable farming.
Diana is also the Executive Director of Global Food Justice Alliance which advocates for a “nutritious, sustainable and equitable worldwide food system” and for everyone to have access to the benefits of animal sourced foods within a culturally appropriate and sustainable way. The Global Food Justice Alliance strive for a regenerative, resilient, equitable, diverse, healthy, inclusive, and interconnected food system.
