Just wanted to share my sardines story. I only did a 2 day sardines fast. But I can say that was the best thing I ever did. I dropped 3 lbs. Whether it was water or fat I don't know but it did something to my body and since then I have lost 4 more lbs. Someway it gave my body the boost it needed to get rid of whatever it was. Feeling great. Current weight is 136 lbs. Just want to maintain.

Carnivore + large doses of iodine dissolved my intramural uterine fibroid and recurring ovarian cysts. No more surgeries. It's been over 10 years free of those nightmares. I'm no longer fully carnivore. Low carb/PSMF/keto. Most meals are carnivore, however.

So grateful for these life lessons. They are so important and inspiring. I am 73 years young, so far eliminated 40 pounds and on the way to lots more! I follow you, Anita, Dr. Berry, this is needed for me. You learn so much from all of them. I started carnivore to take care of my non alcoholic fatty liver disease, loosing weight is a bonus. In one year, I went from moderate to severe fatty liver to normal to moderate. So proud ❤ of myself. Thanks again to all the ladies that participated in the live event. 🧚‍♀️🦄😎🙏

So relatable, I started carnivore January 3rd of this years. I don’t mesure or weight myself. I’m 62 soon to be 63, I’ve gone form a size 2xl to medium in my clothes. Now I’m learning how much to eat in a day …. In my younger days I was anorexic. I think I’m not eating enough now. These ladies and yourself are awesome, and a can relate to their stories. thank you 🙏🏻 to all those beautiful ladies

What the second speaker said: This has been what I have been preaching myself.. If it was because we lost weight it wouldn't hurt JUST when we eat bad foods :( I figured it out. (at least for me) I think the sugar affects my mind ( mental health) The veggies affect my gut and the processed food affects my pain level :( .. Remember them saying you ARE WHAT YOU EAT? It has a whole new meaning to me now .. If I eat sugar I feel like garbage, if I eat processed food I feel like garbage :( I have been patiently trying to share my info with my kids( both adults ), yet they just keep eating the garbage and feeding my grandkids the garbage. (I will say that they are trying to swap out some foods for better foods for the kids but I digress) I finally told my older daughter who complains about her pains all the time that from now on if she isn't going to try to adjust her diet then I don't want to hear about the pain.. I feel bad but maybe some tough love will help.

Absolutely Loved this video! I got something out of every story that was told. Thank you to all of you. I started this WOE on May 5th 2024, I've lost 22 lbs. Most of the loss was ounces here and there and up and down. It's good to hear that sometimes you need to go up a smidgen to start a down trend again. And that changing things up can make a huge difference. Thanks again for this Saturday inspiration!🥰

I really want to go full carnivore my husband and I have been keto for 2 1/2 years, and I have been ketovore for the last 6 mths, but my husband is not ready or even believes in full carnivore. I know I can’t do it for him, but I think I’m using him as my excuse not to do this for myself. I should go for it, listening to all of you gives me encouragement. I want to try this but something is holding me back - I need to just do it!

I have an alternative M.D. and one of his first things to do is to test for iodine in his testing panel and to take morning temps before rising. If temps are low as well as his testing (his scale is lower), then he'll give the Armor medication. I am very sensitive to anything, even supplements, so any medication, I'll quarter to test first. That day my husband and I had the worst fight we ever had-we don't fight like that time! I finally realized what had changed and never touched that medication again. I'll take iodine with my minerals (Standard Process-halved 1 a wk) and in my Hain's sea salt, but never again in a med.

I’ve had CRPS in my left leg and foot for 12 years. Nothing worked until I tried carnivore. I was diagnosed with gluten and dairy intolerant years(8) ago ,so altering my diet was a norm for me, however this change has made all the difference . I can even rebound and lift again. NO ONE believes my healing was carnivore related. They think this is so unhealthy, however I have proven this works for chronic pain!! I wish others could be exposed to this phd so they can heal their chronic pain….Thank you for spreading the word!,

After 14 months of carnivore, sometimes keto (under 20 grams of carb), bc I’m human, I never lost more than 10 pounds. I did lose inches, however, and gained muscle. My muscles got so pronounced that it looks like I do heavy lifting when all I do is a 20 minute workout on my Cellerciser ( best rebounder in the world) daily. I do high fat, moderate protein, zero carbs unless on the days I did the 20 under carbs. It wasn’t until recently when I made sure that I was doing 200 grams of animal fat did I start losing weight and inches quickly. What little leftover joint pain I was experiencing in my ankles, knees, and hands also went away completely. No lie. In the morning, I make what I call a buttercup. I mix 8 to 12 ounces of Hot water with 1 teaspoon of Redmond salt, 3 tablespoons of grass, fed butter (you can add however many tablespoons of butter that you want), and 20 drops of Lugols 2% iodine. It doesn’t take much to get to 200 g of animal fat a day. I’ve been drinking this for the last 8 to 10 months every day and I find, for me, it has a positive effect physically and more importantly mentally. I wish you all a Fatulous Day❤

Thank you girls ❤ Anitas and Michelles hit my spot. Just did a 6 day 'after summer reset' with only fish, fat and a pair of eggs. I felt great, but I'm now making at least one weekly fish day, I just prefer fresh fish if available (lean low calorie day), and my scale has started to show movement again. I doubt longer fasts are for me, never liked them, but this way I can vary and fit into my days easily...😊
