There are no jobs in Haiti because the government (as well as the private sector) makes it extremely difficult to invest and create businesses.

The only complaint that I have is: why the employees at the bakery are not wearing gloves while making the breads, that's not sanitary specially now.

Hands are washed beforehand. And any bacteria is eliminated while being baked in the 400 degree plus oven.
