Back when I was caught up in that frenzy I was the mind was convincing me like oh yeah this is great look at the females your pleasing, oh look tour relatives all laughing with ya. Do at least 30 push ups immediately after a relapse, and then if you relapse again do 90 push ups so on, and so forth. You will get to the point where you’re too tired too relapse anymore. It doesn’t matter how long it takes you to complete the push ups, or how many you have to do as long as you do them everyday until you’re caught up. Then keep doing push ups every time you feel an urge, and you can mix up the exercises doesn’t always have to be the same, but push ups is always the go to. This will ensure that every time you relapse you’re not allowing yourself to stay in a weak mindset. You might feel like it’s pointless to keep doing push ups, or a work out if you’re just going to keep relapsing, but trust me it’s not pointless. Every time you hit those push ups, or exercise you’re building a muscle memory in your brain, and body over time that will counter act the urge to relapse. So eventually if you stick with this process your brain will start to associate urges with working out, and finally it will get to the point where the urges completely disappear, but continue to work out instead of relapsing. This is science, and I’ve finally figured it out, nothing else works like this. When you break one bad habit you have to simultaneously replace it with another one otherwise you won’t be able to break the cycle just by telling yourself not relapse again, that doesn’t work. You have to physically do something else to counter the urges because it’s a physical act of self pleasure seeking. Instead of satisfying your flesh you have to kill it by doing the opposite, and make yourself uncomfortable. Not all methods work the same for everyone, but suggestions always help spark new ideas, and encourage others. This method is the only thing that has helped me to get back on track along with other things of course, cold showers, cutting out junk food, and caffeine, staying busy, training, active hobbies, fasting ect. But this process the key to break the cycle, and it works every single time but not over night, if you do this 2 - 3 weeks consistently you will be back on track for a very long time, even longer than before if you stay focused, and stick with it. Most people can’t do this, or will give up easily, but I promise this will work for anyone if they try, and don’t quit. Motivation alone isn’t enough, it takes discipline, and hard work.

I had a relapse after a 4 month streak but I feel the same, yet you talk very highly of life force and a lot of people talk about millions of benefits you get with semen retention. I believe in what you are saying I don't mean anything negative against you. What is the reason for this do you think? It's hard for me to keep my life force and not relapse when I feel the same even when I relapse or when I'm on a 4 month streak. Thanks for making these videos!!
@eliasparker511311 ай бұрын
If you’re referring to feeling the same on semen retention as well as off, as if there is no difference in your perception either way. (Maybe I’m mistaken, I thought that’s what you’re referring to) but it could come down to mental abstinence as well, during your long streaks are you able to be cognizant of your thought patterns? Are you still lusting mentally? Stimulating the energy flow downward within the body, are you objectifying females? Replaying certain past life experiences in your mind? Or future situations that you hope to happen? If so these tendencies could make semen retention feel like it’s not working, even though you aren’t physically releasing, mentally and energetically you’re releasing all the time, maybe even more than if you weren’t trying to retain. Yash refers to this as edging, and has made multiple videos on it brother. Give it a look. In my experience if you’re working to not edge, abstinence mentally and physically, leading a healthy life style, stretching, taking walks or jogging, meditating some, not over eating, and you are also on a long streak you will notice benefits brother. It’s about what is accompanying your SR experience, not just SR itself. Hope that helped. Peace and love.

The body has 2 forms of metabolism…glucose metabolism and ketosis. Ketosis was the metabolism the human body evolved with for hundreds of thousands of years. Glucose metabolism is relatively new, since the advent of agriculture. Most modern illnesses are associated with this metabolic transition.
@patricklynam497311 ай бұрын
Although it makes sense to me that human's did spend allot of time in ketosis, the first thing the body does is look for glucose to burn, ketosis keeps the body on high alert and is a form of stress, sure for hundreds of thousands of years humans probably were in ketosis from time to time, but for millions and millions of years our ancestors were in trees eating fruit, humans always would have eaten glucose if the could

Been on & off SR for a couple months now. Went through November felt pretty good but relapsed. Then from beginning of dec to now I relapsed at 3 weeks. Was feeling stress and shy. Relapsed and felt a bit better for some reason. How could I improve this and really go for a long streak?
@eliasparker511311 ай бұрын
In my experience brother, been trying to practice this for around 7 years now, it takes a sincere desire to be free from PMO/sexual tendencies, and it takes time. If both of those two sentiments are in place, Grace will answer your prayers. And it’s still super difficult lol like Yash says try as hard as you can to not relapse, but when you do, don’t beat yourself up about it, observe your tendencies before and after the relapse, pray to be taught whatever lessons there are there for you to see, take some deep breaths, dust yourself off, get back up and keep going. Eventually retention becomes easier, and your inner strength becomes greater, and your desire/infatuation with releasing will lessen. That play will culminate success on your journey. It’s a flipping of roles, higher self takes over more than lower self. Hope that helps!
