I had plenty of home canned green beans from last year, so this years I did “special” green beans: several quarts of Lemon-Garlic green beans and a couple of pints of Balsamic beans (Ball Canning and Preserving book)

You KNOW I have to try those now too! Thanks! Lemon and thyme are my go-to flavors for veggies and meat too!
