I missed the live, but I’m catching it a day later. I have been loving your channel - it is realistic and relatable. We have a super small and young homestead, and are continuing to find more ways to become self-sufficient while working full-time. Thanks for letting us get to know you a little better! Hi Becky! I found your channel when I looked up tomato soup recipes a few months ago, and I found your recipe! My mind was blown. I had a bunch of tomatoes from a pizza restaurant where my brother-in-law works, and they were soft, and I had to use them quickly before going on vacation. That soup was delicious, thank you! I've since watched you regularly, and you've taught me so much, I've even been saving seeds from veggies so I can grow them! I bought the brown seed envelopes you use. We are trying to buy an acre of land this year in CT and you're such an inspiration to me. My husband thinks I'm crazy for wanting to grow food. My Mother always had a compost row right in the garden, and come spring(she called them voluntary plants)plants came up. So we bought very little seeds. But usually got the seed packets everywhere, KMart, grocery store, hardware store, share seeds with friends(this was back in the day).

Living Traditions Homestead is a great couple to follow. They have really done a great job with their registered Jersey milk cows, their registered Idaho Pasture pigs and their new green house. I like the way they have improved the quality of their homestead and they are wonderful people.
