Brine Recipe
Boil 2 cups of Vinegar
2 cups of water
3 TBS of canning salt
Let cool
Add 2 cloves of garlic, a Sprig of Dill and Fresh cilantro to
Your glass canning jar
Fill jar half way with cooled brine and add your peppers
I slice a variety of peppers from my garden in one jar
Fill with remaining liquid and store in the refrigerator
They should be amazing in 3 days
As we use them we just add more peppers to the original brine over and over agin.
So easy
