Huy Fong Recipe
1 pound Jalapeno and Serrano Peppers
1 Red Bell Pepper or 1 large Plabano Pepper
10 cloves of Garlic
1 small Red Beet
2 tsp Non Iodized salt. I use Redmonds Sea Salt
1 tbs Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Fish Sauce
3 tbs Rice Vinegar
1 tbs water with no chlorine if needed to thin Sriracha
I take out the seeds of the peppers for a smooth texture
I blend all ingredients until smooth
Stir every day. Leave lid on for 7 days in a cool dark place to ferment
On 7th day adjust flavors if needed. Refrigerate until you have eaten it all.
