Thank you so much for this!!! The ride used to revolve story-wise around an eclipse. Do you know why they dropped it in the ride? They still mention it in this queue video and you can see an eclipse as you board. The final scene of the ride used to be so cool!

Great memory! It was removed for a few reasons. 1. Park guests didn't understand the ending. The LN2 getting blown on you was a safety issue. So it was removed and now you have a video projection with some strobe lights.

@@cowmissing See, I always thought the * new * ending didn't make any sense. Random strobes and then a tv screen of Imhotep yelling "Nooo!" Even without the fog being blasted at you, the ceiling dome projection was gorgeous to look at

I remember John Murdy, he worked on Halloweeen Horror Nights in Hollywood for a few years! Who played the hooded figure and Ghostly maidens in the video?

Bro remeber being 7 and my dad made me go on the mummy. I was a little nervous and this preshow and dark lighting didnt help

@@cowmissing gratefull my dad and grandparents pushed me to enjoy rides. Know im a junkie for theme parks and ellobrate dark rides and stuff. So yeah it was worth it

Even though I don't like the "Thrill" feeling in line because my heart is beating so fast and excited for no reason, even though I went on the ride I felt nothing at all.... why tho?! It doesn't make sense! I wish that I don't have that feeling at all!

What about the one in Orlando? Hollywood’s is much compact and second rate to the one on the other side of the country? Besides, it opened before Hollywood’s.
