President Biden addresses the nation after exiting presidential race against Trump, endorses VP

Soon after contracting COVID-19, President Biden announced he would exit the race against former president Donald Trump in November's 2024 election.
Instead, he endorsed Vice President to run against Trump.
He addressed the nation about his decision Wednesday night.
