My mortgage payment has went up by $130 a month and I’m on a fixed rate, why because my insurance went up because of the difference in what it would cost to make it then as to what it would cost to make it now. And that in return caused my property taxes to rise, transverses to my monthly payment. Energy and yes he spoke on that. Think about it the next time you go get a $7 Big Mac.
