The fact that he didn’t want to comment on that question tells me he absolutely received intelligence. Because you know if he didn’t, he’d have responded by complaining about that fact that he wasn’t briefed. So if he knows what’s going on, and he claims the government knows what’s going on, and that it isn’t “the enemy”, then I believe it’s probably related to military testing.
